The basics of music theory through listening, singing, score reading, and moving including study of rhythm, melody, harmony, tempos, dynamics, tone color, and musical forms with emphasis on the complete understanding of rhythm both physically and mentally. Percussion and rhythm/movement workshops are a part of this course.
