Another First
Tisch School of the Arts has united with legendary music impresario Clive Davis to bring you this exclusive program; one that has the unique distinction of being the first of its kind in the world. The program explores all aspects of the Music Recording Industry – ranging from a critical examination of its inception to a fully-immersed production tract in state-of-the-art facilities.
Rock, Pop, R&B and Hip-Hop
Students are exposed to many facets of contemporary recorded music, with a special focus on the genres of rock, pop, R & B, and hip-hop, as well as the art of identifying musical talent and developing creative material within the complex range of recorded music technologies.
The summer program is a unique opportunity for both visiting and NYU students to gain access to the wide variety of exciting courses offered by the Clive Davis Department of Recorded Music.
